If you want to achieve your personal fitness goals, I would recommend training with Eldridge. I have been training with Eldridge for just under a year and have noticed significant improvements in my physical strength, cardio endurance, and core stability.  Eldridge provides exercises that engage multiple muscle groups so you get the most out of every workout.  Each session has new and interesting workouts and can be done anywhere.  Eldridge can modify any exercise to fit specific needs for physical limitations, injuries, or other considerations.

The following are my testaments to Eldridge’s training ability:

  • I can now jog outside with my Boston Terrier without feeling winded or having to stop every few minutes. 
  • My muscles have more definition; my husband has caught me checking out these “new” muscles in my bathroom mirror.
  • I can lift heavier objects without feeling strained or overwhelmed.
  • I feel better OVERALL.  I never felt badly before the training– I was not overweight or totally out of shape when I started training with Eldridge – but I feel stronger and have more energy now than I did before.
