I happen to love ladies with muscular, athletic legs. I love to see it when a girl has big quads or a nice split along the side of her leg delineating the hamstring/quad region. But, the icing on the cake is when they add pure athleticism into the mix. It definitely tells me that
It ain’t all show.
I’m typically not one to judge a book by its cover, but I’ll admit I was a bit dubious to not judge. How can a sweet, soft spoken (except for her contagious chuckle) “girl next door” have the ability to unleash hell in the gym. Andrea the Elevate girl weighs 110lbs and I saw her deadlift 140lbs for a couple, shortly after she gets into awesomely sick box jumps and other crazy ass plyometric shit. I was like whaaaaat. Right then I knew she was serious about her “health”. Then I saw her press over 20kg as easily as a cheerleader juggles her baton. From that point I knew she was VERY serious about her “sexiness”.
Ladies, I want to hear all about how you structure your training to get sexy.
Guys, let the ladies know what you consider to be pillars of sexiness on the female body.
