Online Training

The Elevate Online training system offers the luxary of training independent of location. You will recieve full coaching by video conferencing, phone call meetings, and unlimited e-mail support. There is no cookie cutter design to any of the Elevate programs since the body is not a "text book" we understand the uniqueness in every client. When you sign up you will immedieately recieve an introduction/ interview program design questionairre package which will help understand you and your goals. After we have established a methodical game plan to reach your individual goals your program will be designed and I will coach you through attainable weekly objectives/ assignments that are manditory which will keep you consistent and motivated on this amazing journey together.
